It's Beginning to Look Like Spring

The snow is almost melted away and there are signs of life outside--a lot of people were jogging or walking and enjoying the "warmer" weather. Even the parking lot for the beach was crowded.

    

There were several surfers catching waves, it was a great day to be out 

I initially went out of the house just to get a Starbucks, but then it turned into a mini-shopping trip to Wakefield. The detour was well worth it--I bought two sweater jackets, one by BCBG Max Azria, the other one by 360 Sweater. The best part? The total came to $13.00.

Things Not to Do When Commuting...

1. Forgetting to refill your gas tank while driving back home over the Pell Bridge
2. Walking out the door without your packed lunch
3. Stay up late wasting time instead of being productive--this is true under all circumstances, living on or off campus, but every minute counts when you are taking extra drive living at home and finding a parking space
4. Skipping the morning workout routine
5. Over-commit to everything

Sadly, I am guilty of doing everything on this list this week. Hopefully by next week, I will have a better idea of how to organize things. Between classes, homework, clubs, and a job, I must admit, it is a lot to take in all at once.

I am happy with the way everything has fallen into place--it is just a matter of never having enough hours in the day.
