Egg & Dart

I went to Egg & Dart in downtown Newport to check out the latest art installations by one of the owners, Chris Wyllie. 

A space that can only be described as "a Pinterest board come to life," Egg & Dart is an art gallery and retail store that could easily be mistaken for a chic place in SoHo. The gallery relocated to America's Cup Avenue by Bowen's Wharf from its original location on Bellevue Avenue, but it has settled nicely near other downtown art galleries, such as Onne van der Wal Photography, Sheldon Fine Art, Isherwood Gallery, and Harbor Fine Art. 

While I was checking out the store, I decided to grab a few things for my friend Cara's upcoming birthday celebration in New York City. Whether you're looking for the perfect gift for your hostess or your best friend, Egg & Dart is the go-to place that fits practical needs for a tasteful lifestyle. 

Egg & Dart is a member of the Newport Gallery Organization, which is dedicated to raising awareness of local art in historic downtown Newport.
