Boru Noodle Bar

There's nothing better than a hot meal to appease your appetite and warm yourself up on a cold, wintry afternoon.

Eating ramen is a cultural thing--every college student has had ramen once in their life...

But eating real ramen is actually a part of Japan's national identity and has been acknowledged as a working-class dish. Since the culinary world has embraced ramen, it went from run-of-the-mill to becoming almost gourmet in nature. This New Yorker article elaborates on ramen's history in a nutshell.
Pork Buns

Boru Noodle Bar make Newport's culinary scene more interesting. Typical of any ramen noodle bar, the menu sticks to only a handful of ramen dishes, but it makes the ordering easy.

Spicy Miso Ramen

I've tried Boru's House Ramen and the Spicy Miso Ramen, which is my favorite so far. There will be plenty other cold afternoons to order the other ramen dishes...
