There is nothing like a Newport summer and this year the city is certainly doing itself up. With Style Night Newport tomorrow and the America's Cup racing at Fort Adams until Sunday, it is a solid weekend to come to the Island. Here are some events to watch out for this weekend:
June 29th-July 1st
America's Cup World Series, Fort Adams at 10:00am-7:00pm**- Need I say more? The AC has been in Newport since June 23rd, but if you still have not checked it out, what are you waiting for?! To learn more info, click here.
Friday, June 29th
Style Night Newport, Bellevue Avenue at 5:00pm-8:00pm- This event is the "pre-game," if you will, for Au Courant: An Evening Too Marvelous For Words. Participating stores will have special discounts and offers for customers, as well as a percentage of profits going to charity. Stop by The International Tennis Hall of Fame first to get a map of retailers and finish at The Hotel Viking for a chance to win tickets to Au Courant.
