Paris, Day 6: Place des Vosges and Musée Carnavalet

We ended up in Le Marais on Saturday to see La Place des Vosges and Victor Hugo's apartment. After being in Paris for almost one week, it's become quite clear that Le Marais is one of the go-to places in the city for everything--shopping, eating, and sight seeing.

After visiting Victor Hugo's apartment, we walked around the area and headed to Musée Carnavalet. There were good historical exhibitions with interesting cultural artifacts. I want to go back to see the temporary exhibit, Roman d'Une Garde-Robe, in partnership with Palais Galliera, La Musée de la Mode de la Ville de Paris.

We grabbed lunch in the Jewish district, then headed back to the FIAP. A successful first Saturday in Paris...
